What do I do if the ATM swallowed my card?
ATMs are equipped to prevent fraud, and may
retain your card when you make multiple attempts to withdraw money using the
wrong PIN . Report this as soon as it happens. There should be a local help number
written on the device, or if the device is located near a bank, you can
check with the bank staff. They may ask for your ID or ID. If you
ca n’t get your card back, inform your bank immediately.
What do I do if the amount I withdraw is incorrect?
